Fire Up Your Core with this 20-Minute Ab Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Here’s a 20-minute ab workout that I love to do when I don’t have a lot of time, but still want to feel the burn! There are 3 sets of different exercises, and you’ll repeat each set 3 times. Take a minute to rest in between each. 
 
On my busiest days, I love to unwind at night with a glass of Cupcake LightHearted. With only 80 calories, 8% ALC/VOL, and <1g of sugar per 5oz. serving, LightHearted wines are my go-to.  Maintaining my routine during the week is super important, and LightHearted wines allow me to indulge without getting off track.
